OGI Cleaning didn’t start in a boardroom. It started with two women who spent years on the front lines of the clenaing and safety industry - and decided to do things differently.
The Problem We Saw
For too long, the clenaing industry operated on outdated models - bloated quotes based on square footage instead of actual need, revolving door crews with no accountability, and a complete lack of transparency between service providers and clients.
As a mother-daughter team with over 17 years of combined experience, we saw these problems firsthand. We cleaned the floors, managed the crews, filed the safety reports, and heard the same frustrations from building managers and superintendents over and over again.
So we asked ourselves: what would a cleaning company look like if it were built for the client, not the contractor?
The Company We Built
OGI - Olano Group Inc. - was founded on a simple prinicple: you should only pay for the dirt we move. That philosophy shaped everything - from our zone-based pricing model to our flexible contract terms.
But pricing is just one piece. We built a company that invests in its people, leverages technology for accountability, and treats every facility like our own. We’re employee-run, majority women-led, and proudly minority-owned.
Today, OGI is one of Toronto’s fastest-growing cleaning companies - not because of marketing, but because our work speaks for itself. We take pride in every floor we polish, every site we hand over, and every relationship we build.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in commercial and post-construction cleaning, she brings the operational discipline and insutry relationships that form OGI’s backbone. Her background in occupational health & saefty means every crew, every site, and every process meets the highest standards. She doesn’t just manage operations - she built them from scratch.

She challenged the industry’s reliance on outdated pricing models and opaque contracts, replacing them with technology - driven transparency and client-centric service design.
